What is Geneva Connect?
Geneva Connect was founded by Adrian Reid in the year 2020 as a platform to bring together a city-wide network of Christian professionals committed to living out their faith in the workplace and demonstrating the values of the Kingdom of Jesus through their vocations.
We believe this mission is best pursued in community rather than in isolation. Geneva Connect partners with believers across organizations to establish workplace communities within their places of employment. These communities provide a space for individuals to express their faith collectively, supporting one another in environments that may often be secular or indifferent to spiritual life.
Beyond the workplace, Geneva Connect fosters a broader network by connecting these communities across the city. We provide ongoing support, training, and opportunities for collaboration—creating an environment for shared learning, spiritual growth, and meaningful discussion on how to be a positive influence in the workplace. Our aim is to equip and mobilize individuals to serve with purpose, using their spiritual gifts to contribute to both their professional environments and the wider community.
Workplace Community Meetings
While each workplace community is free to shape its gatherings according to its unique context, all are guided by a core framework known as the “5 Rhythms.” This framework provides structure and consistency, helping communities remain intentional and impactful in their activities.
Partnership with Local Churches
Geneva Connect is committed to working in partnership with local churches. All our initiatives to date have been developed in collaboration with church communities, ensuring alignment with broader discipleship and mission efforts.
